Hey guys, I feel I owe you an apology. Now that I'm the CV for fan fiction, I just don't have the time to run this group like it deserves to be run. In fact, I think we need to open up recruitment for staff again. We could use another person or two to help screen submissions. Now, we have high standards for what we allow into our gallery - which is what makes this group worth peoples' times - so we want to make sure potential Contributors can uphold the high standard of TransFiction.
If you're interested, send the group a note confirming that you're familiar with the rules of the group, and link to a story you have within the gallery.
Now, on to other business. As I mentioned, I'm now serving as the Community Volunteer representative for the fan fiction community. That entails a lot of work, but also a lot of chances to help the fanfic community as a whole. Right now, I'm looking to overhaul the galleries, and your feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks!

A chance for the fanfiction community to shine
Devianatrt has finally started giving fan fiction it's proper dues lately, it feels like. Which is wonderful for all of us.
Check out this official blog entry on fanfiction and weigh in. I do believe our fandom is one of the most creative and proliferate in terms of fan works, and now's the time for our voices to be heard!
The #TransFiction Writing Competition - Awards!
Hello everyone!
First of all, my sincere apologies for taking so long to judge the competition. The truth is... I simply couldn't pick a winner! Each entry was so unique and entertaining in its own way, I decided that because I couldn't pick a clear "winner" I would instead award each entrant a prize of a 3 Month DA Premium Membership!
So congratulations, and thanks again, to the DAers that entered!

Submit! Submit!
...No, not that way. Don't panic. Put your arms down!
Graham is currently reading the submissions to his contest and he should be posting the results soon. In the meantime, I would like to ask where everybody's gone! We haven't gotten any submissions in ages.
GET BACK TO WORK! ;p

UPDATE 1 June 2011: This contest is now closed! Thank you to everyone who entered. In the next week or so, I will print out the entries, read each one twice and judge the winner and runner-up. I will alert the winners and award their prizes soon after that.
